1. Gently remove loose dirt and stains using a Saphir Médaille d'Or Brass Brush or Crepe Brush.
2. Pour a small amount of Omni’Nettoyant into a separate container. Use it pure for stronger cleaning or dilute it with up to 50% water when appropriate.
3. Apply using the natural-bristle brush supplied, working across the entire item rather than treating only an isolated area.
4. Rinse the brush thoroughly with clean water.
5. Using the rinsed brush, brush the material again to remove loosened dirt, foam, and remaining cleaner. Repeat if necessary until the product has been completely removed.
6. Allow to dry naturally for 6 hours, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
7. Once completely dry, brush suede with a Saphir Médaille d'Or Crepe Brush or Brass Brush.

Always test on an inconspicuous area before use. When cleaning footwear, insert shoe trees after treatment to help retain the shape and absorb excess moisture.

With suede and nubuck, one of the most important things is evenness. If one small area looks dirty, it can be tempting to scrub that spot repeatedly, but concentrated cleaning can leave the finish looking uneven. I prefer cleaning the entire shoe and allowing the product, rather than excessive pressure, to do the work.

And don't judge suede while it is still damp. Give it the full drying time, away from heat, and only then restore the nap with the appropriate brush. Very often, that final brushing is what brings back the beautiful texture you are hoping to see.
