1. Select the European size corresponding to your footwear.
2. Place each insole flat inside the appropriate shoe.
3. Position the leather surface facing upward and the latex-and-charcoal underside against the interior of the shoe.
4. Slide the heel securely against the back of the shoe and ensure the insole lies flat without folding or bunching.
5. Put on the shoes and walk indoors to confirm that the fit remains comfortable.
6. Remove the insoles periodically after wear and allow them to air and dry naturally.

These insoles are an excellent choice when you want the refined feel of natural leather together with additional cushioning and moisture absorption. The lamb-leather surface remains smooth beneath the foot, while the latex foam creates a softer foundation for extended wear.

Although the profile is relatively slim, I recommend testing the insoles first in shoes with sufficient room through the instep and toe box. If the footwear already fits closely, an additional full-length insole may create unnecessary pressure. Allowing the insoles to air between wears will also help release accumulated moisture.
