1. Select the European size corresponding most closely to your footwear.
2. Place each insole flat inside the appropriate shoe with the perforated fabric surface facing upward.
3. Position the heel securely against the back of the shoe and ensure the insole does not fold or bunch.
4. If a minor adjustment is required, mark the excess around the outer edge and trim gradually with sharp scissors.
5. Put on the shoes and walk indoors to confirm that the insoles remain securely positioned and do not make the footwear excessively tight.
6. Remove the insoles periodically after wear and allow them to air and dry completely before returning them to the shoes.

An anti-odour insole works best as part of a good footwear rotation. I recommend removing the insoles after a long day of wear and allowing both the shoes and insoles to air naturally. This gives accumulated moisture an opportunity to evaporate rather than remaining trapped inside the footwear.

Although these insoles have a relatively discreet profile, they still occupy some interior space. Test them first in shoes with sufficient room through the instep and toe box. If the footwear becomes uncomfortably tight, avoid stacking them over an existing thick or cushioned insole.
