1. Select the European size corresponding most closely to your footwear.
2. Place each insole flat inside the appropriate shoe with the leather surface facing upward.
3. Position the heel securely against the back of the shoe and ensure the insole does not fold or bunch.
4. Put on the shoes and walk indoors to confirm that the insoles provide comfortable support without making the footwear excessively tight.
5. If you are between sizes, select the larger size and carefully trim only around the outer edge when necessary.
Remove the insoles periodically after wear and allow them to air and dry naturally.

An anatomical insole should support the foot without crowding the shoe. I recommend trying these first in footwear with sufficient room through the instep and toe box. Once inserted, lace the shoes normally and walk indoors for a few minutes. If you feel excessive pressure across the instep or toes, the shoe may not have enough interior volume for an additional supportive insole.

If minor trimming is required, make small adjustments around the outer edge rather than cutting into the shaped central support. Removing the insoles after wear and allowing them to dry naturally will also help manage moisture and preserve their freshness.
