1. Ensure the footwear is clean and dry.
2. Put on the shoes briefly to identify the exact areas causing pressure or discomfort.
3. Test the product on a discreet area before treating delicate, unusually coloured or highly finished materials.
4. Shake the container well before use.
5. Spray Shoe‑Eze generously onto the inside and lightly on the outside of the tight area, concentrating only on the material that requires adjustment.
6. Put on the footwear immediately while the leather remains softened.
7. Wear the socks or hosiery normally used with the shoes.
8. Walk carefully for several minutes so the softened material can begin adapting to the foot.
9. Allow the footwear to dry naturally while maintaining its newly adjusted shape.
10. Repeat the treatment gradually if additional relief is required.

Shoe‑Eze works best when applied directly to a defined pressure point. I recommend identifying precisely where the shoe pinches and treating that area instead of unnecessarily saturating the entire shoe.

The treatment softens the material, but pressure from the foot or a shoe stretcher is what creates the adjustment. Put the shoes on immediately after application and wear them long enough for the leather to begin conforming to the foot.

For a more controlled result, apply Shoe‑Eze and insert an appropriately shaped shoe tree or adjustable shoe stretcher. Increase the pressure gradually and leave it in place for several hours or overnight. This approach can be particularly helpful when the footwear cannot comfortably be worn immediately.

Work gradually and assess the fit between applications. Shoe‑Eze is intended to relieve localised tightness; it cannot correct shoes that are substantially too small in length or improperly shaped for the foot. Always test patent leather, light-coloured suede and other sensitive finishes before applying the product more broadly.

If your shoes have a delicate finish, patina or shine, I do not recommend applying Shoe eze on top of the leather, only apply it on the inside of the shoe.

For customers affected by bunions (hallux valgus) or other foot-shape variations, Shoe‑Eze is a great relief solution I personally recommend, as it helps footwear to adapt more comfortably to the individual contours of the foot.
