1. Brush the item to remove surface dust and dirt.
2. Remove marks and stains with the Saphir Médaille d'Or Gommadin Eraser if necessary.
3. For heavily soiled items, clean first using Saphir Médaille d'Or Omni'Nettoyant.
4. Shake the can thoroughly before use.
5. Hold approximately 20 cm (8 inches) from the surface.
6. Spray evenly without saturating the material.
7. Allow to dry for approximately 10 minutes.
8. Brush the nap to restore the natural texture and finish.

When restoring faded suede, resist the temptation to apply a heavy coat immediately. I prefer applying one light, even layer first and allowing it to dry completely before assessing the result. If you want a richer or darker appearance, a second application will usually produce a more natural and even finish.

After the spray has dried, always brush the nap. Many people skip this step, but it's what brings back that soft, luxurious texture and helps the colour appear more uniform across the surface.
