• Mink Oil – A highly penetrating natural oil that deeply nourishes the leather fibres, restores flexibility, helps prevent drying and cracking, and provides lasting softness without leaving a greasy finish.

1. Remove all dust and dirt from the leather. If additional cleaning is required, use Saphir Médaille d'Or Gentle Cleanser or Saphir Médaille d'Or Plant-Based Cleaner.
2. Apply a small amount of Mink Oil using a clean Cotton Chamois Cloth.
3. Work the product into the leather using gentle circular motions.
4. Allow the oil to penetrate for at least one hour.
5. Buff lightly with a soft cloth or polishing glove to remove any excess product.

Mink Oil is one of those products where less is more. Frequent light applications will keep leather supple and healthy far better than occasional heavy treatments. Applying too much at once can oversaturate the leather and make it difficult to assess how much nourishment it truly needs.

I also recommend reserving Mink Oil for leather that genuinely needs conditioning. If the leather already feels soft and supple, a lighter maintenance product such as Renovateur may be the better choice. Always test first on a hidden area, particularly with lighter leathers or nappa, as Mink Oil can darken certain finishes.
